Welcome to the Kulabyte Support portal where you can submit your technical support and customer service issues.  Our team will make every effort to promptly answer your questions and help you resolve any issues you might be experiencing.

Before submitting a support request, please take a look at the site to see if your question or issue has a published resolution.

Downloading A Free Trial:

To request a free trial download, please register here to create a new account on our support portal, click the check box for requesting a trial, and enter information about your encoding system configuration including the video capture card, processor type and speed, and operating system.

If you already have an account on the support portal, you have likely been contacted by a Kulabyte salesperson in the past and you can contact that person to make the request.  If you do not remember who you have talked to in the past, you can send an email to sales@kulabyte.com.

To download the latest software updates, login here and then see the downloads box on the right. If you do not have an account yet, register here.

On a regular schedule, we like to show off our live encoding at http://live.kulabyte.com You can get there from your computer, or mobile browser. If you are navigating from your mobile phone, make sure you have a 3G or Wifi connection.
